Tamara Lyn

Tamara joins WMA from Universal Music where she was a Senior Product Manager running campaigns across the artist, compilation and playlist space.

Tamara’s career started with a passion for dance and electronic music which led her to pursue internships at Radio 1 and Cypher PR where she assisted with press campaigns for DJs such as Eddie Halliwell and Laidback Luke. Tamara then progressed onto a role at Ministry of Sound where she developed her creative marketing skills and went on to oversee the TV and digital strategy for a range of compilations and artist releases. Whilst at Ministry of Sound, Tamara’s client list included the likes of Goldie, David Rodigan, Todd Terry, Rinse FM, Hed Kandi and Radio 1.

Tamara then went onto work for global advertising agency Leo Burnett where she joined the Creative Services team working across GHD, Jeep and Aussie. From there, she progressed to Universal Music running campaigns for Pete Tong, The Brit Awards and MTV. It was during her time at Universal that Tamara went on to win the coveted Music Week Award For Best Catalogue Marketing Campaign, for her work on Pete Tong’s No. 1 album, Classic House.
