Director of Digital Publicity
Heather has over 10 years of music industry experience, having started in the digital department at Virgin Records in 2004. From there she moved to EMI Records where she worked with artists such as Robbie Williams, The Magic Numbers, Pink Floyd and Iron Maiden. In 2007 Heather moved to indie label, Gut Records as Digital Marketing Manager.
When Gut closed its doors in 2008, Heather moved to a small music PR agency and then a larger consumer PR agency, where she was responsible for online campaigns for several brands including MTV, Comedy Central, BBC and Channel 4. In 2012 Heather was offered the role of Head of Online PR at Warner Bros. Records, working with artists such as Lianne La Havas, Johnny Marr, Jason Derulo, Wiley, Michael Buble and Green Day.
Following the Warner/Parlophone merger, Heather took a senior role at music agency Charmfactory, where she ran successful and creative online PR campaigns for artists including Hozier, Rixton, Zero 7, Laura Doggett, Hudson Taylor and FEMME. Heather started at WMA as Director of Digital Publicity in May 2015.
