Heather Falconer has ten years experience in the fashion and music industry, she began studying fashion, media and promotion where she obtained a first class honours degree.
Heathers passion for the publishing industry was fuelled by contributing to titles; Amelia’s Magazine, Tank, Maxim, Fused, Condense Traveller and Drapers, working across several departments including art department, editorial and fashion before deciding to launch her own title, Spindle, in May 2010.
Through Spindle Magazine, Heather managed a national distribution for three print issues, numerous magazine events and the online execution.
Alongside Spindle, Heather also styled, working on a mixture of fashion and music projects including music videos for; George Ezra, Izzy Bizu, Zomby and Wiley and advertising campaigns for Footlocker x Converse and MasterCard.
In 2014 Heather launched Spindle Agency, a branch of Spindle Magazine which caters specifically to brands creative solutions. Some projects within the Spindle Agency included; UKTI Great British Men’s Style Event at Soho House in NYC, KNGLxTRRBL: a brand partnership between fashion giant Kangol and Hackney based Terrible Movement.
