Joining WMA in 2015, Deana brings over seven years experience in the music industry to the Digital Channel Management team.
Deana has a strong background in digital strategy and artist development. She began her career at public relations firm Big Hassle; created digital strategies for top independent artists at the marketing and distribution powerhouse, The Orchard; and lead the artist campaigns team at the influential digital service provider and (former) startup, Grooveshark. Prior to joining WMA, Deana oversaw growth strategies for tastemaker artists and labels at the indie leader, Frenchkiss Records.
Deana has worked with top labels such as Universal, Warner, Sony, Cult Records, All Tomorrow’s Parties, Rad Cult, Exploding In Sound, Graveface Records, and Dim Mak.
Based in the New York office, Deana is passionate about helping artists succeed. She also loves Seinfeld trivia and all things Hello Kitty.
